POLITE GARDENS

Trying

Trying to be consistent blogging but life is more consistent than my ability to type. Clients are very understanding but noticing the more I'm able to do the more they ask. Learning boundaries was something I had to really focus on this year and for the next season. Getting used to having health issues and working in the heat has been a very interesting experience which has also helped me with knowing my boundaries and my limitations.

Trying to get a book written and launched before the winter while working is an experience also. Writing a book is another way of gardening because you must propagate, weed, cultivate, and fertilize thoughts.

But I am here. I am back. I am happy because things make a lot more sense. Don't feel like I'm caught up, but I do feel like I know what's going on. If that makes any sense. I'm excited because I get to see illustrations for the book which helps me feel like everything is coming together the way it should. And again, it's just like with gardening. You buy plants and you plant them, and you just stay a bit on edge not knowing if they're going to take to the soil, not knowing if they're going to produce the way you want them to produce.

Then you start seeing new blooms you start seeing new growth and you're like OK

Then they start forming and shaping the garden bed or the garden room and you’re like OK.

No that I have related gardening to hair, now writing, next is to my business and how that may need more cultivating or fertilization.
